LHS Robo Pirates showcase talents at 1st ever UIL State Robotics Championships

This past week, the Robo Pirates from Lytle High School competed in the 1st ever UIL State Robotics Championship in Austin. Unlike other UIL events, our team was competing against schools of all classifications.

Our team ranked 5th in our division at the end of the qualification matches and earned a spot in the eliminations. As an alliance captain, the Robo Pirates (partnered with two other teams) lost in the semifinals to the eventual winner of our division and the overall runners-up.

It has been an incredible season for our program and an experience these students will not soon forget.  We want to thank everyone for the amazing support you have showed us. This team can't wait to get started on next season's challenge!
